Sacré Coeur is seeking an Advancement, Foundation, and Alumnae Manager to build strong relationships and foster a culture of philanthropy within its vibrant school community. <p><i>Sacré Cœur&nbsp;is unequivocally committed to fostering the dignity, self-esteem and integrity of the young people in our care and providing them with a safe, supportive and enriching environment. &nbsp;Our holistic education centres on the spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional and social development of each of our students.</i></p> <p><strong>Re-Advertised</strong></p> <p>The role of Advancement, Foundation and Alumnae Manager, plays a crucial role in building and nurturing strong relationships with donors, alumnae, past and present parents and carers, and the broader School community.&nbsp; This role is responsible for cultivating a sustainable culture of philanthropy to help develop and sustain Sacré Coeur for future generations</p> <p>Working in close partnership with the Principal, the Director of Community Relations, the Marketing and Communications Manager you will develop a fundraising strategy and dynamic philanthropic program with a clear view to deliver agreed financial fundraising outcomes.&nbsp;</p> <p>Key responsibilities include implementing targeted and effective donor solicitation strategies, delivering a creative and meaningful alumnae program, establishing a forward-thinking bequest program and organising impactful milestone events.</p> <p>Proven experience developing and delivering a comprehensive fundraising strategy is essential, while experience in the education sector will be highly regarded.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Permanent Part Time FTE 0.8 (4 days per week)</li> <li>Commencement <i>by negotiation&nbsp;</i></li> <li>Opportunity to continue to shape our School by strengthening connections with Alumnae and donors, driving philanthropic initiatives that create lasting opportunities for students and staff</li> <li>Lead engaging fundraising campaigns, foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and develop innovative strategies to grow our Foundation's impact.</li> <li>You will be joining a passionate and supportive team where your expertise in networking, communication, and fundraising will contribute to a thriving School community and an engaged Alumnae network.</li> <li>A School tour for prospective candidates is offered. &nbsp;<i>Please contact Kim Rowland, Human Resources Manager 9835 2700 to book a suitable time.</i></li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Appropriate academic qualifications, suitable experience and a background required to perform the inherent functions of the role</li> <li>Have demonstrated ability to be a compelling storyteller and do ‘the ask’</li> <li>Exceptional presentation skills and the proven ability to liaise with business leaders, high-net worth individuals and key internal stakeholders</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to demonstrate sensitivity and diplomacy in all interactions and have a strong customer service focus</li> <li>Hold a demonstrated growth mindset</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Sacré Cœur Offers</strong></p> <p>At Sacré Coeur we are committed to providing an education that empowers students to thrive in an ever-changing word.
