<p>Key Selection Criteria – the successful applicant for the position must be able to provide evidence to support the following criteria:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate experience in a Pre-Kindergarten/Preschool environment.</li> <li>Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.</li> <li>Maintain current First Aid certification, with readiness to administer first aid when necessary.</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with both administrative and teaching staff.</li> <li>Build supportive and responsive relationships with young children.</li> <li>Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.</li> <li>Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong public relations skills.</li> <li>Exercise discretion, diplomacy, and maintain confidentiality.</li> <li>Take initiative and apply sound judgment in decision-making.</li> <li>Maintain a calm, positive, and professional demeanor in all situations.</li> <li>Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong "can-do" attitude.</li> </ul>
