Trinity Lutheran College is an innovative independent co-educational Christian college, located along the Gold Coast of Queensland. The College is an International Baccalaureate World School for the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
Trinity Lutheran College is located in Ashmore in Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast and operates on two separate campuses that are purposefully designed for students who attend them. The Cotlew Street Campus caters for the Early to Junior years of schooling including the College’s Early Larning Centre, Little Stars, a Playgroup and Prep to Year 5. The Ashmore Road Campus caters for the Middle to Senior years of schooling (Year 6 to Year 12) and offers state-of-the-art facilities, dedicated teachers and outstanding programs.
At Trinity, students and teachers work together in a purpose-built environment conducive to active teaching and learning, and students are educated holistically to become discerning, compassionate, creative, balanced and resilient citizens, well prepared for the demands of adulthood in the 21st century. This vision, and focus on individual learning, is under-pinned by the college’s core Christian values which guide teaching and learning, relationships, and all that we strive for in the college. The College’s goal is that all who enter their gates emerge as socially capable, creative and contributing citizens, well-positioned to fly high.
Trinity Lutheran College focuses on the head, heart and hand to nurture well-being of staff and students to serve the community effectively. Trinity’s goal is that students will grow to become infinite (i.e. life-long and life-wide) and resilient learners.
Worship is central to college life. The College recognises the wide range of needs and denominations within its community. Trinity’s worship programs are rounded in Lutheran theology and are structured in such a way as to nurture spiritual and faith formation.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing, motivated and energetic educational leader with a heart for contemporary teaching and learning, a commitment to excellence, and an awareness of the importance of engaging with students, staff, parents, and the wider community to build relationships, maintain momentum and realise the College’s vision.
