About the Role

The Amadeus Music Program Administrator is required to perform tasks that include but are not limited to:
 

• extensive scheduling management, focused on staff cover and release, executing cover for planned and unexpected absences
• providing administrative services including filing, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, routine purchasing, meeting and event support, photocopying, and creating and compiling documents to support the effective operation of the team/unit
• collecting and compiling information to support the development of documentation and reports
• responding to enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information
• updating records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
• any other duties as directed from time to time.

About You

The successful candidate will also possess the following:

• TAFE NSW/College Certificate III/IV or equivalent qualification in administration
• demonstrated high level computer literacy through proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft Office packages including Word and PowerPoint, SharePoint, Gmail and Google Sheets
• proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• demonstrated highly developed interpersonal skills
• excellent telephone manner and high order skills in handling difficult conversations
• demonstrated excellence in customer and client service
• personal initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• willingness to respect, support, and uphold the mission, ethos, and teachings of the Catholic Church and the values of SCS.
