As part of our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional education tailored to the needs of our community, we are excited to introduce Senior School – Years 10 and 11 have commenced this year with Year 12 commencing in 2026.

Currently, we are a Prep to Year 11 school of 110 amazing students, with an Indigenous enrolment of approximately 84%.

Learning Enrichment Teacher - your role will encompass:

• NCCD Management - Oversee and manage all NCCD data inputs from the secondary teaching staff to ensure the school maximises funding to support student learning.
• Learning strategies and support - Provide guidance and collaboration with secondary teachers to develop effective learning strategies and tailored programs for students with additional needs.
• Whole school engagement – Work under the direction of our current Learning Enrichment Teacher, primarily supporting secondary students while maintaining an understanding of the needs of all students across the College.
• Collaborative team environment – Join a supportive Learning Enrichment Department, consisting of a lead Teacher and two experienced Teacher Assistants, fostering a culture of teamwork and student-focused learning.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in their field of expertise and be able to demonstrate a high level of teaching practice, have a thorough knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy, and possess a strong commitment to Christian Education.

This full-time role will commence in Term 2 or 3, 2025 and be an intrinsic member of our College.
