Yirara College is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our Executive Team. This key leadership role supports the Principal and Executive Team by overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the College, ensuring the efficient management of resources, systems, projects, and human resources.

The Operations Manager provides leadership across non-teaching areas, including Facilities, ICT, Administration, Human Resources, and contracted services. With a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement, they play a crucial role in enhancing the College’s effectiveness and ensuring the seamless delivery of services that support our educational mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership – Support the Principal in delivering strategic initiatives, providing leadership across non-teaching departments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Operational Management – Oversee the College’s operational functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective risk management.
  • Project Management – Lead capital and infrastructure projects in line with the College’s Building and Landscape Master Plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Financial Oversight – Work with financial consultants to manage budgets, oversee financial planning, and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement – Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and service providers to enhance College operations.

About You:

  • Proven qualifications and experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage projects, finances, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

Contract & Salary:

Five-year contract with attractive salary package negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
