Full time Temporary (Monday - Friday) position

Commencing April 2025​ (until February 2026)

We have a unique opportunity for a professional Children’s Programs Administrator - Compliance to support efficient, accurate and timely administrative support focussed on compliance within our Children’s Programs.

Our Children’s Programs Administrator - Compliance will provide:

  • High quality administrative service focussed on compliance, bookings and billing
  • Effective, inclusive and respectful customer service and efficient, accurate and timely administrative and communications support in our Children’s Programs

The Children’s Programs Administrator - Compliance will work collaboratively with Children’s Programs Leadership, program staff and Administrators.

Essential criteria:

  • previous, successful administrative experience, preferably in an early education and care setting
  • broad and highly developed technology skills and experience, including with Xplor databases (or similar), MS Office and Google Suite
  • well-developed general administration skills and a keen eye for detail
  • knowledge of child care rebates and processes to assist families with payment of fees
  • the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of staff across departments
  • availability to work full time, Monday to Friday.
