About You

As a School Support Officer Wellbeing (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate All Saints Catholic College Liverpool and Casula's values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community. This role is supporting the Wellbeing Centre K-10 at the Liverpool Campus. Applicants are encouraged to address how their specific skills and experience would be suited to this SSO Wellbeing role.

To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:

  • experience in administration with any experience with CiA and Compass being an advantage
  • strong communication skills and the ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required
  • required skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy, high-traffic environment
  • excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
  • flexibility to attend team meetings outside of core school hours
  • advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)
  • interpersonal skills in working with a range of people
  • excellent written and oral communication
  • accuracy and attention to detail
  • proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required
  • a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
  • a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.

You will have attained:

  • a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent.
