About Our School

St Mary's Cathedral College is a K-12 co-educational, dual campus College. As such, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced teacher with a strong academic background to join our highly successful HSIE Faculty. This is a temporary, full-time position, commencing Term 2, 2025.

The successful applicant will:

  • demonstrate exemplary classroom practice and experience in teaching Stages 4-6
  • show highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • use of creative and innovative teaching practice to provide a rich environment that caters for diversity and academic rigour
  • exhibit knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to integrate these into a wide range of curriculum applications
  • have excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
  • be an innovative educator who is future-focused and has a passion for working collaboratively
  • show an understanding and an ability to support the Catholic life of the College.

You will have attained:

  • a tertiary qualification in Education
  • eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
