The College is inviting applications for a Marketing Manager to join our Community. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and proactive marketing efforts, ensuring growth of the College brand.

The Marketing Manger is directly accountable to the Principal and the Business Manager. Whilst there are specific responsibilities in this role, this person is also an integral member of the broader Business Services team and collectively shares the responsibility of the smooth operation of the College. The Marketing Manager oversees the execution of a marketing and communication strategy aimed at increasing student enrolment, while also strengthening the College’s connections with existing parents and the broader community. This position requires a blend of strategic planning and proactive marketing efforts, ensuring growth of the College brand, its reputation and community connections.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Tertiary qualification in communications, business development or marketing;
  • Experience in event management, communication and general marketing;
  • Service oriented with professional presentation and manner;
  • Ability to liaise professionally with a wide range of people with diverse needs such as staff, students, parents, alumni and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to use technology and manage data;
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, eye for detail;
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
  • Adaptable, capacity to work effectively in the face of changing priorities, deadlines and pressure;
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing appropriately with highly confidential and sensitive information;
  • The successful applicant must hold a current driver’s license and current Victoria Police Check and a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
