St Agatha's Catholic Primary, Pennant Hills is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Administration Officer. This is a permanent full-time role as a Level 6.

Specific Criteria

• Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
• Ability to demonstrate a 'customer-focused' approach
• Be highly organised and show attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders
• Experience in a busy, dynamic office setting
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite (especially Word, Publisher and Excel)
• Experience with Google Chrome Applications
• Sound knowledge of accounting concepts and principles, supported by bookkeeping/accounting experience and an ability to understand Financial Reports
• Assist with advertising on social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate
• Hold a current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in TechOne, Receipting, Compass, SAS
