About the Role

The Daily Organiser Coordinator & Assistant Timetabler works closely with the Heads of School to ensure the daily staffing needs of the School are met by coordinating casual relief for staff absences across K–12. The role also involves working in partnership with the Timetabler to support the future planning and arrangement of staffing for the School timetable. This role includes liaising with Faculty Coordinators to identify subject-specific staffing preferences, partnering with the School Executive in planning processes, and contributing to the broader efficiency and strategic operation of the school day. The Daily Organiser Coordinator & Assistant Timetabler is a Position of Responsibility 2 (POR2) and will undertake a 0.7FTE teaching load.

  • Excellent leadership and administrative skills, including team building, coaching and mentoring.
  • Flexibility to work the hours required to meet critical timelines and other responsibilities of your role.
