St Ita’s Primary School is seeking a vibrant and professional Administration Finance Officer to join our team in a full-time position (FTE 0.93), commencing 22nd April, 2025 (Term 2). This is an Education Support Employee Category B Level 2 position under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018 (Monday to Friday, during school term only).

St Ita’s Primary School is seeking a vibrant and professional Administration Finance Officer, to join our team.

The Administration Officer is a primary customer service contact for the school, supporting the delivery of reception and administration for St Ita’s. The administration team work collaboratively to support the principal and school community.

The Administration Officer will work within a small team who are responsible for the efficient delivery of administrative procedures, through to general administrative support to the principal and leadership team. Communicating clearly, professionally and tactfully in all situations.

The successful applicant will be subject to a Working with Children Check.

Duties and Responsibilities to include
• Provide administrative assistance to the principal and leadership team as directed
• Provide a professional and informed point of contact for students, parents/guardians and staff.
• Assist with the administration of the school's attendance data for students.
• Undertake administrative duties including the preparation and delivery of reports and correspondence.
• Liaise with various members of the community such as students, staff, parents.
• Provide initial First Aid assistance for students as required.
• Support with enrolment and related student processes
• Support teaching staff with event management
• Work collaboratively within the administration team to undertake financial functions for the school as directed by the principal, including assistance with payroll processing, administration of month-end reporting, receipting of fees, maintenance of direct debit schedules and administration of government funding.
• Other duties as directed by the principal or as noted in the position description.

• Salary earning, $56,019 - $71,742 in accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022 as varied or replaced from time to time.
