About Our School

Domremy College is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic teacher with a strong academic background to join our Religious Education Faculty. An accreditation to teach Religious Education is expected.

Position Highlights

The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student centred, flexible and challenging.

This part-time, temporary role is scheduled to commence on Monday, 28 April 2025. We welcome applications from recent graduates as well.

About You

As a Teacher of Religious Education, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

The successful applicant will:

  • demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school
  • show highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • use creative and innovative teaching practice to provide a rich environment that caters for diversity and academic rigor
  • integrate successfully emerging technologies into a wide range of curriculum applications
  • have effective administrative and organisational skills
  • have attained a tertiary qualification in Education
  • have the eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
