The successful applicant is expected to:

1 Assist and work cooperatively with teachers in the planning, implementation and evaluation of engaging and developmentally appropriate programs.

2 Assist with the preparation, maintenance and storage of resources related to class and school programs.

3 Support students with diverse learning needs, including EAL/D learners.

4 Encourage student engagement through individual and small group support.

5 Assist with the preparation and running of school events.

6 Demonstrate a professional attitude to education and their own professional learning.

7 Develop personal and professional relationships with children, staff, colleagues, parents/carers and members of the wider community, reflecting the Christian ethos of the school and promoting a positive, collaborative and inclusive environment.
