Marist Sion College is situated in Warragul, Gippsland. Warragul is a thriving rural town set amongst rolling green hills and dairy fields, on the lands of the Gunaikurnai and Bunurong People. It is 102 kilometres south-east of Melbourne, accessible directly form the M1 freeway and lies between the Strzelecki Ranges to the south and Mount Baw Baw Plateau to the north. The town is the main population and service centre of the West Gippsland region and has a population of over 20,000.

We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cafe Assistants to provide cafe services for our College community.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day to day operation of the cafe services.
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with Work Health Safety Act.
• Preparation and cooking of meals.
• General cleaning and maintaining of a hygienic kitchen.
• Serving customers - visitors, staff and students.
• Maintaining and balancing of financial transactions.
• General hospitality tasks as requested by the College Cafe Manager

Employment Type: Part Time, Ongoing

Commencement Date: 22 April 2025
