The College seeks a motivated and knowledgeable TAS Technician. The successful applicant will join a collaborative team of educators in the TAS Department in a support role.

The successful applicant will join a collaborative team of educators in the TAS Department in a support role.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>Initiative and&nbsp;sound organisational and time management skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>The ability to: <ul> <li>Collaborate with TAS staff to ensure equipment and spaces are organised, clean, and hazard-free.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare materials and equipment for lessons in consultation with teachers, supporting safe practices in the classroom and workshop.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist students during practical lessons under the supervision of teaching staff.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain, service, and monitor the safe operation of workshop tools, machinery, and TAS equipment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform stock checks, order, and organise materials and supplies efficiently.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure the cleanliness of the workshop, maintain tools, and set up rooms while assisting with student work displays.</li> </ul></li> <li>A willingness and commitment to work collaboratively as part of a team.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Previous trade or TAS teaching background would be considered an advantage.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The successful applicant will work in a modern work environment, with a very positive and supportive culture, located close to public transport and free parking.
