This full-time, temporary role commences on Monday, 12 May 2025. The Leader of Religious Learning & Formation is a 1 point promotional role, temporary for 1 year, ending Friday, 1 May 2026.

About You

As a Leader of Religious Learning & Formation (1 point coordinator), you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

To excel in this role, you will be able to:

• demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach all levels of Religion including Studies of Religion. The ability to teach in another KLA is advantageous
• create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
• utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
• employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
• support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
• demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
• integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences
• support the co-curricula life of the College
• support the College's educational initiatives and endorse innovation as outlined in our Strategic Plan.

You will have attained:

• a tertiary qualification in Education
• eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
