Marist Sion College is situated in Warragul, Gippsland. Warragul is a thriving rural town set amongst rolling green hills and dairy fields, on the lands of the Gunaikurnai and Bunurong People. It is 102 kilometres south-east of Melbourne, accessible directly form the M1 freeway and lies between the Strzelecki Ranges to the south and Mount Baw Baw Plateau to the north. The town is the main population and service centre of the West Gippsland region and has a population of over 20,000.

About the Role

This diverse role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office by providing professional front of house services, managing day to day office activities, and coordinating workflows. You will play a key role in maintaining the executive calendar, preparing materials and correspondence, and overseeing the implementation of event projects and strategic plans for current and future initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with multiple executives while adapting to shifting priorities.

Employment Type: Full time, ongoing

Work Days: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.36pm

Commencement Date: Tuesday 22 April 2025
