Location: St Francis Catholic College, Edmondson Park
St Francis Catholic College, Edmondson Park is located near the junction of the M5 and M7 motorways. It is a rapidly growing K-12 school with a student population nearing 1580 students in 2025. The college is one school, not a traditional primary school and high school coexisting on the same site. As such, the college is organised into Junior Years Learning (K-4), Middle Years Learning (5-8), and Senior Years Learning (9-12). St Francis has finalised its new, modern 7th Stage of building development and offers state-of-the-art learning & specialist KLA facilities.
A permanent full time position commencing 28 April 2025 (part-time will be considered as well as the possibility of a job share arrangement). The successful applicant will be required to teach Technology and Applied Studies. The role of the Classroom Teacher exists to support growth in faith and improvement in learning so that students may reach their full potential. While Timber and Construction will be a major focus of this role, there may be opportunities for the successful applicant to teach Design and Technology, and/or other Technology-based courses - dependent on expertise and experience.
