As Mackay's newest Catholic College expands into its fifth year, the following positions are available for application from skilled and enthusiastic educators to commence January 2026. We are seeking teachers willing and able to teach at all levels of secondary schooling with particular emphasis on experience in the senior years would be an advantage.

About us
Catherine McAuley College opened its doors in 2022, in order to meet the growing demand for a quality, Catholic Education in the Mackay region. Starting with pioneering Year 7’s in 2022, they will grow into a complete Years 7 to 12 profile by 2027.
Built on the former site of the historic Mackay Sugar Research Institute, our brand new college offers first class facilities to cater for staff and students to ensure the delivery of quality teaching and learning practices.
