The College is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Secondary School Teacher Librarian (Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time) to join our library team. This exciting role can be tailored to be either full-time or part-time, based on the needs of the preferred candidate.

As a Teacher Librarian in our team, you will:

• Work with our library team to create a vibrant and welcoming library environment that nurtures a love for reading and literature.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver engaging, student-centred programs.
• Develop and implement engaging programs to teach students essential research skills, critical thinking and effective use of digital and print resources
• Deliver innovative lessons for our students.
• Support the Augustinian Catholic culture of our College.
• Contribute to the academic, spiritual, and co-curricular life of the College.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Relevant qualifications in Education and Library & Information Science or Teacher Librarianship
• Must hold NESA accreditation to teach in NSW
• A passion for teaching and student learning.
• Experience working in a secondary school context will be highly regarded
• Excellent organisational and behavioural management skills.
• A commitment to the Catholic and St Augustine's educational values.

• The ability to work collaboratively
