The position
Loreto Toorak is a vibrant and inclusive school dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students to excel, academically and personally. We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team to help maintain our school’s physical assets, including the buildings, facilities and grounds. You will work closely with staff at all levels throughout the school, including external contractors and service providers.

About You
To thrive in this role, you will enjoy providing strong customer service and getting involved in general facilities maintenance activities. Proven maintenance experience in buildings, hotels or a school environment will be advantageous. Strong problem solving and communication skills coupled with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety will be critical to success in this role. Knowledge of relevant school safety regulations and protocols will be highly regarded.
A current Working with Children Check (employee) is essential.
This position is full time, ongoing. Flexibility is required to work on a fortnightly roster, to cover grounds hours of 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
