You will require recent leadership experience in a Catholic school setting.<br></p> <p dir="ltr">To excel in this role, you will be able to:</p> <ul> <li>develop and foster partnerships with colleagues to encourage and support continuous reflection on classroom practices</li> <li>communicate and demonstrate Rosenshine's Principles of Instruction to promote an increase student engagement and outcomes</li> <li>ensure teachers understand the key principles for a LaSalle classroom, ensuring students understand the importance of high expectations, high support, high accountability in the classroom</li> <li>support teachers by continuously observing and providing feedback on agreed areas through consultation</li> <li>organise teachers to observe experienced teacher's lessons</li> <li>demonstrate team teaching with teachers and modelling on a needs basis</li> <li>collaborate with teachers to help them develop positive and professional relationships with student in the context of SCS's Code of Professional Conduct Policy</li> <li>assist teachers in developing classroom management skills (without diminishing the responsibility or authority of the teacher) by exploring and utilising the College's Student management Guidelines.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">You will have attained:</p> <ul> <li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li> <li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Application Process</strong><br></p> <p dir="ltr">Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
