Position Highlights

This full-time, permanent role is scheduled to commence on Monday, 12 May 2025. The ability to teach an additional subject area would be highly regarded. We welcome applications from recent graduates as well (if applicable).

About You

As a HSIE/RE Teacher you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

To excel in this role, you will be able to:

• create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
• demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach Stage 5 HSIE and Religious Education. The ability to teach other subjects is advantageous
• utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
• support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
• demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
• integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

You will have attained:

• a tertiary qualification in Education
• eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
• Religious Education qualifications.
