Carlo Acutis Catholic Primary School Catholic Primary School, located on Jardin Road, Wollert West, is a new school in the St Peter’s Parish, Epping. The school's Stage One building project has opened at the start of the 2025 school year. The Office Assistant position will start at the beginning of Term 2 to assist the Office Administration Manager to prepare school enrolments, website updates and various office duties.

We seek a highly motivated, efficient, dynamic, and flexible person with excellent communication and IT skills. As we begin to build a new school community, the successful applicant must be welcoming, caring, and willing to forge positive relationships with the whole school family.

It will be advantageous if the applicant has previous experience in a school setting, but a proven openness to learning will also be highly considered. It is essential that the applicant can work well within a team and lead and inspire others.

Due to an increase in enrolment demand, we are looking for a dedicated individual to work one day per week (7.6 hours) and support our administrative and enrolment needs. If required, these hours may be flexible and could be worked over one full day or over a number of days or as agreed by the successful applicant and the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and following up on enrolment enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Monitoring enrolment applications, ensuring accurate information and documentation
• Updating the school website and maintaining digital content
• Assisting with general office duties, as needed
• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanour

Ideal Candidate:

• Skilled in using Enquiry Tracker would be an advantage
• Proficient in the use of technology, particularly in website updates and administrative software
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
• Flexible and willing to take on a variety of office tasks
• Upholds and respects the Catholic ethos of our school community
