* Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
* Lead and support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff.
* Provide expert guidance to College leadership on staffing and employee relations.
* Champion a strong workplace culture, fostering engagement and well-being.
