<p><strong>Position Details</strong><br /><strong>Title:</strong> Executive Assistant to the Principal<br /><strong>Remuneration Scale:</strong> Education Support Level 4<br /><strong>FTE:</strong> 1.0 (Category 4; 4 weeks annual leave, pro rata)<br /><strong>Reports to: </strong>Principal<br /><strong>Direct Reports:</strong> Catering Coordinator<br /><strong>Work Hours:</strong> This position may require occasional evening and weekend work.</p><p><strong>Overview of Role</strong><br />The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Principal plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Principal’s office and the College Executive team.<br />The EA will demonstrate a strong commitment to the College’s vision of excellence in Catholic and Ignatian education while providing a welcoming and professional presence for students, families, staff, the College Executive, School Council, governing bodies, and the broader school community.</p><p>This role requires a proactive and organised professional with exceptional administrative skills, discretion in handling confidential information, strong interpersonal, IT and time management abilities.
