The College is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Technology and Applied Studies Teacher in a temporary part time, 0.5 FTE, position for Term 2, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

You will be a part of vibrant educational community which aims to provide students the opportunity to utilise their talents to make a difference in the community.</p> <p>The College is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Technology and Applied Studies Teacher in a temporary part time, 0.5 FTE, position for Term 2, 2025, with the possibility of extension.</p> <p><strong>SKILLS AND EXPEREINCE</strong></p> <p>The successful applicant needs to have the ability to teach the following courses</p> <ul> <li>Stage 4 Technology, mandatory</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;The ability to teach at least one of the following courses is highly desirable:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Stage 5/6 Engineering Studies</li> <li>Stage 5 Computing Technology<br> &nbsp;</li> <li>Stage 6 Construction</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <p>The successful applicants will:</p> <ul> <li>Hold the appropriate teaching qualifications</li> <li>Be accredited with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) to be eligible to teach in NSW</li> <li>Have the skills to deliver lessons that stimulate and engage students of all academic abilities</li> <li>Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents</li> <li>Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional learning</li> <li>Be willing to contribute to the Community Contribution Program at the College</li> <li>Hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people</li> </ul>
