Sacré Coeur is seeking an Advancement, Foundation, and Alumnae Manager to build strong relationships and foster a culture of philanthropy within its vibrant school community. The role of Advancement, Foundation and Alumnae Manager, plays a crucial role in building and nurturing strong relationships with donors, alumnae, past and present parents and carers, and the broader School community. This role is responsible for cultivating a sustainable culture of philanthropy to help develop and sustain Sacré Coeur for future generations

Working in close partnership with the Principal, the Director of Community Relations, the Marketing and Communications Manager you will develop a fundraising strategy and dynamic philanthropic program with a clear view to deliver agreed financial fundraising outcomes.

Key responsibilities include implementing targeted and effective donor solicitation strategies, delivering a creative and meaningful alumnae program, establishing a forward-thinking bequest program and organising impactful milestone events.

Proven experience developing and delivering a comprehensive fundraising strategy is essential, while experience in the education sector will be highly regarded.

  • Appropriate academic qualifications, suitable experience and a background required to perform the inherent functions of the role
  • Have demonstrated ability to be a compelling storyteller and do ‘the ask’
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the proven ability to liaise with business leaders, high-net worth individuals and key internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to demonstrate sensitivity and diplomacy in all interactions and have a strong customer service focus
  • Hold a demonstrated growth mindset
