A Collaborative Coaching Classroom Teacher is required at St Mary's Catholic Primary School, Toukley on a temporary, part-time basis for Term 2. The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team.

Specific Criteria

• Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School
• Capacity to contribute to the school’s Continuous Improvement Cycle and is committed to student achievement
• Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners
• Skilled in analysing and reflecting on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students;
• Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices
• Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.
• Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning
• Hold a valid Working With Children Check
• Must be a 4-year trained teacher
