Whitefriars College offers a Catholic education for boys in the Carmelite tradition. We are seeking to appoint a creative and dynamic Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching.

As a member of the College’s Leadership Team, this role supports the Principal and contributes to shaping and implementing the school’s vision, which reflects the Catholic and Carmelite traditions of the College. </p><p> </p><p>The Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching is a strategic role that is charged with implementing the College’s Strategic Plan and supporting the creation of a culture of lifelong learning. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating College goals in line with the College’s Mission and Values Statements.</p><p> </p><p>The Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching is responsible for driving a culture of quality learning and operational excellence, aligning with the College’s Catholic ethos, Carmelite Spirituality, and the ‘Learning at Whitefriars Framework’. The role requires a commitment to the College’s vision of being a learning community and an ongoing commitment to professional development.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, this position oversees the development and management of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting at Whitefriars College.
