We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract basis, to assist with a key project relating to selected SaaS solutions.

We value staff who demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to their work; have a willingness to participate in the life of the School; are vibrant, dedicated, capable and professional; and show personal leadership with initiative, empathy; a good sense of humour.</p><p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Technical Business Analyst</strong> on a 12-month fixed term contract basis, to assist with a key project relating to selected SaaS solutions. </p><p>Reporting to the Director of ICT, this role will collaborate closely with School stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translate them into precise technical specifications, and configure SaaS solutions to meet those needs. It bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that ICT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the School’s strategic objectives. In doing so it will play a pivotal role in terms of ensuring concurrent project streams stay on track, with improved communication, quality assurance and change management as a result.</p><p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst (5&#43; years). </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).</li><li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile / SAFe principles and practices</li><li>Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). </li><li>Hands-on experience configuring and managing SaaS applications</li><li>Experience in working with middleware, APIs and ETL processes. </li><li>Knowledge of SQL, database management and database migration experience.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and facilitation skills.
