Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) schools are located within a diverse and geographically extensive diocese extending across Western Victoria, from the Murray River to the Southern Ocean. DOBCEL provides governance to 57 schools and partners with them to promote Catholic identity, high quality learning and a culture of respectful and trusting relationships.
As the administrative arm of DOBCEL, Catholic Education Ballarat (CEB) provides support, service and leadership to Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in the Diocese of Ballarat.

About the Role
The Education Officer (Secondary) will partner with schools to support the development and delivery of strategic system-wide initiatives and policies that enable Catholic school communities to create safe, inclusive and respectful learning environments to enhance the holistic wellbeing of students and their capacity to effectively engage in their learning.
