The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our dynamic and collaborative Learning Diversity team (Senior School).

The successful candidate will attend classes, liaise with teachers and Pastoral Leaders to ensure students are supported. They will develop documentation to ensure Special Provision applications are completed in a timely manner and reflect student needs and voice.

Learning Diversity Teachers will case manage Learning Diversity students by liaising with family, reading and synthesising professional reports, liaising with allied health teams and run Student Support Group meetings.

As a member of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data team they will take an active role in moderation sessions, ensure the collection and creation of appropriate documentation and ensure all support sessions are documented.

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Intervention or equivalent or be prepared to undertake further study in the area of disability or inclusion.
