St Patrick's Primary in Holbrook is looking for a Full-Time Classroom Teacher (Leave Position) to join their wonderful team to help our students learn and grow. Role to commence May 2025

Your New Role

As a Classroom Teacher, you’ll inspire young minds, foster a positive learning environment, and develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. You’ll also provide individual attention to students, addressing their unique needs, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational outcomes. By building strong relationships with parents and guardians, you’ll support student success and make a lasting impact on their lives

Essential Criteria

  • Accreditation to teach RE in the Wagga Wagga Diocese (or working towards) and a commitment to the Catholic Faith
  • Demonstrated expertise as an infants classroom teacher who can provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment.
  • An effective classroom practitioner with a sound knowledge of the curriculum and contemporary pedagogy.
  • A good understanding of, and experience in collaborative teaching in teams and learning, K to 2.
  • Evidence of effectively integrating technology into teaching and learning to enhance student learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to contribute to a professional learning community and being able to articulate what this means.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and cooperation working within a team environment
  • Ability to incorporate appropriate behaviour management strategies.
  • Understanding of relevant childcare regulations and standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • NSW NESA Accreditation
