Accounts Payable Officer
Full time ongoing position - immediate start or by mutual agreement
The College is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable Lead to support the payables functions across the College and its related entities.
This fast-paced position involves amongst other duties managing a high volume of payables through Alii and Synergetic, ensuring that all payments are properly authorised and made in compliance with the College’s Financial Governance Document. A strong understanding of accounting principles, the reconciliation process, and the importance of cash flow management is essential. Timely and accurate payments are key to the success of the role.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role and will have strong proficiency in MS Office Suite. High attention to detail and excellent time management skills, along with a customer-focused approach are essential to be successful in this role.
