Opportunity for a dedicated and collaborative Primary Teacher to join Redfield College in a permanent, full time role.

For more information on Redfield College, we encourage you to visit our website <a href="https://www.redfield.nsw.edu.au/" rel="nofollow">www.redfield.nsw.edu.au</a>&nbsp;</p> <p>Redfield College is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and experienced<strong> Primary Teacher</strong> to commence in a permanent full-time capacity during Term 1, 2025.</p> <p>The successful applicant will need to be supportive of the College's Catholic ethos, whilst offering the following skills and experience:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to provide quality teaching to primary students.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.</li> <li>Capacity to differentiate the curriculum to meet the needs of a diverse range of students.</li> <li>Prior experience with or knowledge of the Spalding method (advantageous).</li> <li>Ability to positively manage students' classroom behaviour.</li> <li>Commitment to ongoing evaluation and improvement.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills.</li> <li>Be committed to character development in students.</li> <li>Be prepared to contribute on a pro rata basis to extra-curricular activities.</li> <li>Demonstrate an ability to work independently and in collaboration with colleagues.</li> <li>Demonstrate a readiness to give every support to parents</li> <li>Understanding of, and support for the Vision, Mission, Values and ethos of the School.</li> </ul> <p>In addition to demonstrating professional NESA accreditation, the successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a current NSW Working with Children Check.&nbsp;</p>
