St Paul’s Early Learning Centre (ELC) and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) are seeking a dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our dynamic team on a <strong>full time</strong> basis.</p> <p><strong>The Organisation:</strong></p> <p>Catholic Education Northern Territory is a network of schools built on Christian values and on the history and traditions of this land across Australia's top end. Catholic Education has a network of 18 Catholic schools in the Northern Territory - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools.</p> <p><strong>About Us:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>St Paul’s Early Learning Centre (ELC) and Out of School Hours Care services is play-based, focused on fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for children. We are committed to supporting each child's learning journey through exploration, creativity, and meaningful connections.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and implement play-based learning experiences for children</li> <li>Ensure the safety, well-being, and inclusion of all children in the program</li> <li>Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community</li> <li>Support the day-to-day operations of both the ELC and OSHC programs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)</li> <li>Previous experience in an early learning or OSHC setting</li> <li>NT Ochre Card – Working with Children Check</li> <li>Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certificates</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)</li> <li>Experience of working from a trauma informed perspective&nbsp;</li> <li>Current Respond to Abuse and Neglect and Mandatory reporting – Education and Care&nbsp; Training</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working with children, we'd love to hear from you!&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>APPLICATIONS CLOSE DATE -17 June 2025</strong></p> <p><strong>Full Time Position</strong></p>
