Salary: Grade 5 - $92,582 per annum (FTE), pro-rata
Hours: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week | 43 weeks per year

As our Executive Assistant to the Principal, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the College’s executive and governance functions. Your Key Responsibilities:
Principal Support: Manage the Principal’s schedule, correspondence, and daily operations with discretion and efficiency.
Leadership: Oversee and mentor the administration team to ensure high-performance and top-tier service.
Governance & Board Support: Prepare board papers, take minutes at meetings, and oversee compliance documentation.
Stakeholder Management: Be the key liaison between the Principal, Executive Team, Board, and wider College community.
Event & Travel Coordination: Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and professional learning events with precision.
Who We’re Looking For:
An experienced Executive Assistant with a background in supporting senior leadership (Principal, CEO, or equivalent).
A strong leader who can manage and develop an administrative team.
An organised professional with excellent governance, compliance, and board administration skills.
A proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who thrives on collaboration and can confidently engage with a range of stakeholders.
