This role provides essential support services to students, including student programs, activities, health and wellbeing, and student absences. As the first point of contact between students and the College Administration, the position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

As the first point of contact between students and the College Administration, the position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. The position requires a strong service orientation, with a focus on maintaining professionalism, tact, and effective interpersonal interactions to support a positive and productive environment.</p><p>The role requires the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while remaining responsive to the needs of students, ensuring both planned and ad-hoc administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with College policies.</p><p><strong>Working arrangements </strong></p><p>This is a part time role, working 42 weeks of the year to support students on campus. Weekly hours are 37.5 hours generally worked 8.15am-4.15pm (30min unpaid meal break).</p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite with excellent word processing skills (60 wpm, 95% accuracy).</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey information professionally.</li><li>Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently, maintaining confidentiality while contributing to a collaborative team.</li><li>Friendly, approachable, and empathetic with a focus on exceptional service.</li><li>Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Committed to the College’s Vision, Mission, and Christian-based education values.</li><li>Genuine interest in supporting others, showing empathy and care in interactions.</li><li>Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with staff, students, and external partners.</li><li>Enthusiastic about serving and contributing to the College community&#39;s success.</li></ul><p>If you&#39;re ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and their families, we’d love to hear from you!</p>
