About the Role
The School Receptionist is the first point of call for visitors, students and staff. They are responsible for a wide variety of general reception and secretarial duties and provide essential support for the smooth operation of our front office, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. They also act as one of the School’s designated First Aid Officers.

About You
The successful applicant will have a naturally friendly disposition, positive attitude, and a warm and outgoing personality. They must develop positive relationships with students across all year levels, be a team player, and able to prioritize competing tasks effectively while remaining calm and professional. Attention to detail, outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal – and excellent interpersonal skills are a must have. Experience working in a similar role in a school environment is highly desirable.
The successful applicant must be willing to support the ethos of the School, possess advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, and be able to work with specialized, industry specific software packages (e.g. Consent2Go, SchoolPro).

Remuneration is based on the current Willunga Waldorf School Enterprise Agreement and includes 6 weeks annual leave.
