St Christopher's is seeking a Wellbeing Leader with a passion for working with our school community to improve the wellbeing and behaviour of all students. The Wellbeing Leader is an integral member of the Wellbeing Team. The Wellbeing Leader reports to the Deputy Principal (Students, Staff, Community).

St Christopher’s Primary School is seeking a Student Wellbeing Leader to assist in our ongoing pursuit of excellence and “not letting any student slip through the cracks”.

The position will be full time beginning as soon as possible but not later than April 22, 2025.

This position is best suited to a leader who has further qualifications (or currently obtaining) in the Wellbeing field, and is passionate, organised and motivated, with a desire to make a difference. The right candidate will work well independently and collaboratively in teams.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, prioritisation and organisational skills including the ability to make decisions and meet deadlines.

  • An open mind for learning
  • Flexibility in coping with ever-changing demands
  • Communication and relational skills with students, staff and families
  • Strong organisation and professional note-taking skills regarding all SWB matters
  • An ability to contribute and facilitate staff professional Learning
  • Ability to use SWB DATA to drive wellbeing initiatives and interventions
