Holy Trinity is seeking a Principal who is an educational leader who inspires excellence, leads with strong faith, integrity and vision.

It is an exciting time to join MACS, where we are transforming to bring to life our recently launched strategic plan: MACS 2030: forming lives to enrich the world. </p><p><strong>YOUR ROLE</strong></p><p>As a Principal, you will be inspired to lead a joy-filled community where students, staff, and families can flourish within a Catholic context. Your leadership will enable the vision of the school to be realised, creating an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. The role of the Principal is one of the most important roles across the MACS system, as their faith and educational leadership enables the vision of the school to be realised. This role will work in collaboration with MACS, staff members, local Parish Priest, and the broader School community to achieve the identified goals of the School. </p><p><strong>ABOUT HOLY TRINITY, WANTIRNA</strong></p><p>Holy Trinity Primary School was established in 1985 and is part of a vibrant catholic school community in Wantirna South, and the second school to be an active part of St Jude’s Parish, Scoresby.</p><p>Holy Trinity enjoys a unique integration program with St Mary’s College for Hearing Impaired Students. The two schools share the same campus and St Mary’s students are integrated into Holy Trinity classes. This encourages in all students, a sense of understanding and empathy as they learn to accept and respect differences.</p><p>The student population of Holy Trinity School is approximately 260, including 13 St Mary’s students. </p><p>Holy Trinity are committed to educating the whole person to their individual potential and invest heavily in teaching students the TORCH values which underpin their extensive values and social skills program: Tolerance, Optimism, Respect, Confidence and Honesty.</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE COMMUNITY</strong></p><p>Holy Trinity is an inclusive and welcoming environment that works in partnership with parents.</p><p>Holy Trinity has a strong emphasis on explicit teaching and learning and is well established in the Science of Learning. The teaching staff work collaboratively to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and an ongoing focus on student progress and achievement.</p><p>Student Wellbeing is an integral part of learning at Holy Trinity, including the Friendship Group program, established in 2003 and the Prep / Year Buddy Program. The TORCH values promote a common language and a set of shared values that are promoted and developed throughout the school, in classrooms, on the playground and in family life. These referees will be required to make relevant verbal responses regarding the applicant’s capacity to meet the specific local selection criteria.</li><li>Certified statements of service from current and previous employers are required from applicants who are currently <strong><u>not </u></strong>employed in Victorian Catholic education.</li></ol><p>Note: MACS is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.
