About the role :
• Teach EPS in French to Secondary school students (Years 6 to 12)
• Prepare students for examinations
• Teach within the framework of the fundamental principles of the French and Australian educational systems with high standards expected
• An ability to teach across different subject areas would be an advantage

• Remuneration as per the Independent Schools NSW/ACT industrial agreement (Annual full time base between a minimum of $86,607 AUD and a maximum of $132,260 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience)

The ideal candidate :
• Bachelor's degree + Master's degree in education + competitive examination (CAPES/Agrégation), subject to assessment by Australian agencies
• Minimum of 4 years' full-time experience
• Previous experience in the French Education system, in collège and lycée
• Native French speakers, with level of English equivalent to an overall IELTS general score of at least 5.0 for each subject, i.e. approximately level B1 of the CEFR
• Knowledge of the AEFE network and the French education system abroad
• Ability to teach across subject areas is highly regarded
