Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>As the Senior School Support Officer (Level 6), you will work every Friday and provide a high-level of support to the Principal and leadership team. As an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>St Francis of Assisi's</strong> values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.</p><p>Your responsibilities include but are not be limited to:</p><ul><li>delivering high level administrative support to the school leadership and support staff</li><li>communicating with the Principal and school community members on administrative systems, including safety, finance, recruitment, staff development and office priorities</li><li>managing financial administration as required</li><li>overseeing site induction and maintaining health and safety systems and records</li><li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li><li>efficiently managing registers</li><li>exhibiting management prowess in administration, human resources, finance, school fees, office leadership, and other related reports for the Principal</li><li>any other duties as directed by the Principal.</li></ul><p>To thrive in this role, you will possess:</p><ul><li>proficiency in administrative and clerical tasks</li><li>competence in financial and/or administrative management</li><li>valuable qualities such as tact, reliability, and the ability to work in a team effectively</li><li>a commitment to honesty, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality</li><li>prior experience working with children or in a school environment</li><li>strong interpersonal and organisational abilities</li><li>familiarity with emerging technologies like Google Suite,Oracle, Microsoft Office software, Google Chrome, Compass, CiAnywhere, along with a solid grasp of Facilities tasks and WHS.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>a minimum of five years of administrative/clerical experience</li><li>experience in a team leader/supervisor or personal/executive assistant capacity</li><li>proficiency in financial and administrative management</li><li>a Certificate III/IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
