This is why we have taken the initiative to get ahead of the market and offer the following unique benefits to our staff:</p><ul><li><strong>Higher pay:</strong> We have recently finalised our CSBB Enterprise Agreement which guarantees your pay will be at least 1.5% above the NSW Department of Education</li><li><strong>More time: </strong>We provide every primary and secondary classroom teacher with collaborative planning time (CPT), in addition to the usual release from face-to-face</li><li><strong>Staff voice: </strong>Our Enterprise Agreement reflects our deep commitment to having systems in place which give our frontline staff a genuine voice in their work</li><li><strong>Staff School Fee Discounts: </strong>Eligible staff receive a 25% discount on their children’s school fees at our schools, pro-rated to their FTE</li><li><strong>Wellbeing Support: </strong>we provide a robust wellbeing program to ensure our staff thrive and grow.</li></ul><p><strong>Specific Criteria</strong></p><p>The Communication and Event Management Support will contribute to the following:</p><ul><li>Promote a positive view of the school in the broader community, manages the school’s online reputation and addresses reputational concerns with the Principal and School Marketing Officer as they arise </li><li>In consultation with the School Marketing Officer, create and distribute media releases, news stories to showcase the school in the broader community </li><li>Maintain and manage the school’s brand and identity and ensure the application of the brand in the school is aligned to brand guidelines </li><li>Maintain and optimise social media platforms and the school website Collaborate with the School Marketing Officer and College Registrar to develop inbound and content marketing materials that add value to the customer/enrolment journey </li><li>In conjunction with the College Registrar, ensure all enrolment enquiries are responded to in a positive and timely manner. </li><li>Follow up and nurture new enrolment enquires through Power Bi and Compass Meet with future enrolments and provide school tours as required </li><li>Prepare and distribute school news and events in internal and external communications, College newsletters, on the school website, social media, and other channels. </li><li>Ensure all communications from the college are consistent and are in line with brand guidelines </li><li>Coordinate social media platforms and all communications to students and families ensuring that messaging is consistent and in line with college branding </li><li>Ensure Compass Newsfeed is updated daily so that all stakeholders are made aware of upcoming events within the college </li><li>Ensure the college website is updated regularly and that all information provided is current Prepare college Yearbook Prepare and send College Newsletters </li><li>Maintain a bank of college photos in line with parental consent, for social media and marketing purposes </li><li>Plan and organise college events including Open Afternoon, college events and assemblies, parent information evenings and support Senior Leadership with community events </li><li>Ensure all marketing and community events are shared via social media and in college communications School Services Support Provide administrative support to teaching staff and college leadership </li><li>Maintain the student attendance system recording absence notes, late arrivals and early leavers, and sick bay entries. </li><li>Coordinate the student self-serve sign in/sign process via the Compass kiosk. </li><li>Assist with receipting EFTPOS transactions as needed </li><li>Carry our other duties as required by the Principal, Business Manager or member of the Senior Leadership Team.</li></ul><p><strong>About us, our Vision and our Towards 2025 Strategy</strong></p><p>Our Vision is to provide 'authentic, professional Catholic education, delivered with care and compassion'.
