<p>The successful applicant will have the ability to connect with students and their parents/carers, thus supporting their engagement in education and with the community at St Mary&#39;s. They will instil confidence in the students and parents/carers enabling trust, engagement and sense of belonging thus improving behavioural and academic outcomes through the provision of effective behavioural strategies, initiatives and research based advice.</p><p>The successful applicant will have knowledge of, and or experience in implementing; the Berry St Model, Resilience First Aid, Positive Behaviour in Learning, The Resilience Project, Rock and Water Program, Be You and or Headspace resources.
