Catholic Education has a network of 18 Catholic schools in the Northern Territory - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools.</p><p>&#x1f511;<strong>Your Role:</strong></p><p>This role will provide quality administrative and organisational assistance and support to the School Improvement Partners (ScIP) team by assisting them by maintaining electronic diaries, coordinating meetings, gathering information and assisting in agenda preparation, preparing minutes of meetings when requested, providing follow-up as required, maintaining relevant files, and assisting in travel arrangements amongst other duties.</p><p><strong>The Team:</strong></p><p>As part of our School Improvement team, we work collaboratively to support schools in their ongoing journey of educational excellence. We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive admin professional to join our team as the <strong>School Improvement Partner Administration Support</strong>.</p><p>&#x1f4bc; <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support for aspects of the School Improvement and Renewal processes including collation and preparation of school review reports (SIRF)</li><li>Assist in communication with principals around compliance issues e.g. Annual School reports.</li><li>Collating school annual reports in liaison with ScIPs and providing administrative support for the Education Act Compliance;</li><li>Prepare and edit correspondence, spreadsheets, publications, key documents, and other documents as required by the ScIP.</li><li>Updates and identifies certain administration areas on CENet with relevant information for CEO and schools.</li><li>Gather data and prepare reports for more detailed analysis as required by the ScIP team and PCWB Officer for example, student enrolment and departure, Annual School Improvement plans, Suspensions, and Expulsions</li><li>Full details are outlined in the position description.</li></ul><p>&#x1f331;<strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Five years’ experience in providing administrative support to Senior Management</li><li>Proficient and demonstrated IT skills, including MS Office Suite</li><li>High level organisation skills</li><li>Highly developed verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Maintaining confidentiality</li></ul><p>&#x1f4a1;<strong> What we Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Relocation Assistance up to $2,500</li><li>Excellent Work Life Balance – Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM</li><li>Funded Professional Development</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li></ul><p>This position involves working with children.
