This is a permanent position, 5 days per week. This position does not include school holiday work.</p><p>The position is directly accountable to the College Principal requiring:</p><ul><li>a high level of responsibility, confidentiality, organisation, accuracy and discretion</li><li>a capacity to work collaboratively with a range of school staff.</li></ul><p>Responsibilities & Duties</p><ul><li>administer and co-ordinate the enrolment process from initial enquiry through to enrolment and commencement at the school</li><li>process and manage enrolment applications, including the College's student database</li><li>provide regular data reports and updates on enrolment applications, waitlists and student movement to the Principal on a regular basis; including statistical analysis on applications, offers and student cohort composition</li><li>organise College Transition Days and tours as required</li><li>strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff</li><li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite including Excel)</li><li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:</p><ul><li>administration qualifications or experience in administration roles</li><li>experience with Sydney Catholic Schools; CiA and Compass systems would be advantageous</li><li>a current WWCC.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong></p><p>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
